Highland Tower Group LLC ("Company") provides unclaimed property research, identification, and claims assistance services. We help individuals and heirs identify, document, and file claims for unclaimed property held by state governments.
Our services are provided on a contingency basis. You owe no fees unless and until unclaimed property is successfully recovered on your behalf. Our fee is a percentage of the actual amount recovered, as disclosed in a written agreement signed before any work begins.
Our fees comply with all applicable state regulations. In Wisconsin, our fee shall not exceed 10% of the actual amount recovered, as required by Wis. Stat. §177.1301(2)(d).
You are not required to use our services. You may search for and claim unclaimed property directly through your state's unclaimed property office at no cost. For Wisconsin, visit revenue.wi.gov or call (608) 264-4594.
Before we perform any work on your behalf, you will be asked to sign a written agreement that clearly states our fee percentage, the estimated value of the property, and the estimated net amount to you. You may cancel this agreement at any time prior to the filing of the claim.
While we make every effort to recover unclaimed property on your behalf, we cannot guarantee that any particular claim will be successful. Estimated property values are based on publicly available information and may differ from actual recovery amounts.
